Rent is due between the 1st and 5th of each month. A $10 late fee is assessed after the evening of the 5th and $5 for everyday thereafter. Tenants are responsible for the following utilities: gas, electricity, water, garbage, phone. High speed wireless internet and cable are provided free for new tenants in the Spring and Summer.
